"Louis XV Style Commode In Marquetry And Gilt Bronze "
A Louis XV style marquetry and gilt bronze commode with two drawers decorated with geometric lozenge panels and floral marquetry in the center, crafted from rosewood and mahogany. It is richly adorned with chased gilt bronze mounts, rocaille borders, lateral corner mounts, openwork handles, and sabots. The top is crowned with the original molded, veined gray marble, perfectly conforming to the contours of the commode. Early 20th century. French polished. In perfect condition.
