Fantastic mid-20th-century chess set. Originally from the Congo, Africa. Fully inlaid with malachite and white marble. The chessboard frames are copper. We purchased this piece from a Belgian who spent 25 years in the Congo and brought it back to Europe. Generally in good condition. Some minor signs of use here and there. Two small chips on the piece itself. Dimensions: 51 cm diameter x 8 cm height
