The Four Arts by Guillaume DE GROOT (1838-1922), Belgian artist from Uccle. Four patinated bronze sculptures representing Painting, Music, Architecture, and Sculpture. The artist's signature is on each sculpture's base. Mounted on beautiful Siena and Sea Green marble plinths in perfect condition. These sculptures are reductions of the four sculptures that adorn the façade of the Royal Museums of Fine Arts on Rue de la Régence in Brussels. Circa 1880. Total height 52 cm on average. Sculptures 35 cm on average. Siena marble base 12.5 x 12.5 x 11 cm high. Sea Green marble base 15.5 x 15.5 x 6 cm high. Delivery by quote only.
