Large Items - Overseas Delivery: We will need your full address to obtain the actual shipping cost from our partner carriers. Once all costs are agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if required. The shipment will then be handed over to our freight forwarding partners in the UK and booked for the next crossing. Delivery time can vary from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to handle customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our transport partners can assist you. These overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks. Insurance: For any shipment with additional insurance, in the event of damage during transit, please report any damage immediately to the destination carrier and to us so that we can begin the claim process.
