"Large Quantity Of Antique Parquet Flooring "
A large lot of parquet flooring (330 m²) from two floors of a 19th-century convent in Belgium. The planks are made from the best part of the oak, namely quarter-sawn, therefore free of sapwood and knots. The surface is waxed and has a beautiful patina. There are 330 m² in this condition, with two widths of 8 cm (130 m²) and 10 cm (200 m²), and lengths of 70 cm, 1.2 m, and 2 m, for a total thickness of 25 mm. All the tongue and groove joints match and are in good overall condition. This lot can be used without needing a carpenter; it simply needs brushing. The main photo shows the brushed parquet. It is possible to divide it into smaller pieces, but that would be a shame given the quantity. Price interesting if you take the whole quantity...
