"12 Gallia - Sandoz - Christofle Animal-themed Knife Rests"
Set of 12 silver-plated animal-shaped knife rests designed by Édouard Marcel Sandoz (1881-1971) for Christofle's Gallia collection. Stylized animals, Art Deco period, circa 1930. Length: between 9 and 11 cm, Height: 2 cm. In very good condition, all 12 pieces are signed Gallia, with a beautiful shine and no loss of silver plating. A lovely and always highly sought-after design.
