"Cup In Blue Turquin Marble And Gilt Bronze"
A cup/bowl in Bleu Turquin marble, enhanced with a finely chased gilt bronze mount. The basin is surrounded by a gallery of scrolling foliage, centered by a mascaron with two faces, one female and one male, and flanked by two handles in the form of fantastical figures. In the center, a gilt bronze medallion depicts an antique scene in exquisite relief.
