A classic Biedermeier three-drawer commode, originating from northern Germany and dating from around 1830. Its design is characterized by clean lines and a striking contrast between the mahogany body and the birch burl inlays. The top drawer features rounded marquetry, while the bottom drawer is decorated with an arched motif. Resting on tapered square legs and fitted with elegant brass hardware, this commode has been professionally restored and hand-polished.
