Antique Silver Seal With Coat Of Arms, 19th Century
A very beautiful and old wax seal, sealed with wax, containing a coat of arms. The coat of arms is similar to that of the 18th century, but I believe the seal itself dates from the early 19th century. The seal itself is made of solid silver, with no visible hallmark, but it has been tested with a touchstone. The upper part is made of wood and is in good overall condition, with a small chip at the top (see photo). A very beautiful and rare object, ideal for a collector. Dimensions: 7 cm high, 2.2 cm x 1.8 cm for the seal.
