A ceramic stove tile dating from the late 19th to early 20th century depicting an architectural whimsy with a seated figure sketching. This type of tile was used on Alsatian closed-hearth stoves known as "Kachelofe." The decoration of ancient ruins echoes the paintings of the artist Hubert Robert, and its color is reminiscent of Azulejo tiles. Dimensions: Height 42.5 cm, Width 29.1 cm, Thickness 2.2 cm
