They are adorned with a ribboned bow at the top and stems ending in sculpted acorns at the bottom.
A central scroll, imitating a vegetal tie, terminates in flared sockets with molded edges. Acanthus and oak leaves add relief to the design.
The reverse side has a beautiful antique patina and bears the initials "YD" or "VD" and the number 28, probably a foundry mark.
I note traces (holes in the cups: see photos) of former electrification.
A hanging ring is attached to the back.
