Overall, it is in good condition; note that there are four tiny chips around the edge of the tiger's eye.
The brooch pin is wider than the brooch itself.
Three hallmarks are present, including one with a dog's head, corresponding to the Tunisian hallmark "Slougui Dog Head". This is a hallmark for goldwork, in use since July 18, 1905, at the Tunis control office.
