Revolutionary Plate From Les Islettes - Late 18th Century
Revolutionary plate from Les Islettes - Late 18th century. Polychrome, low-fired plate with eight lobes. Decorated with a rock between two spikes bearing a blue/white/red flag. The rim is decorated with three flowers. Good condition. No cracks, just three small repaired chips (see last three photos). Note: This plate was purchased in Chatou in 1973! Diameter 22.3 cm
