"Regency Period Writing Table/chiffonière"
A beautiful arched walnut table with a carved and veneered front. The top is inlaid with scrolling foliage and framed with stringing. It features a veneered pull-out slide and three drawers inlaid with scrolling foliage (with later locks). The table has molded, cabriole feet with rocaille mounts. The stretcher is inlaid with cubes, and the sides are inlaid with a trellis pattern. The lower rail is shaped and molded. Circa 1720. Height 71 cm, width 39 cm, depth 30 cm. There are cracks, veneer chips, and small losses. The back panel is missing. Delivery is possible. https://www.antiquites-saintjean.fr
