An ivory netsuke depicting a woven basket containing two overlapping fish, rendered with naturalism and precision.
The rim of the basket is carved and engraved in a spiral pattern. On the reverse, the woven motif continues with regular incisions, and the two himotoshi are integrated at the center of the base.
