Hanging Wall Shelf – 18th Century
A wall-mounted shelf in cherry or rosewood, probably 18th century. The lower section opens with two doors. The lock and key are in working order. The upper section features two shelves with shaped edges. The side uprights are openwork in a heart shape. Note the geometric motifs painted on the front doors, including a Maltese cross within a diamond in the center.
