A Pair Of Wrought Iron Cellar Rails From The 18th Century, With Heart And Spade-shaped Feet
Here is a pair of cellar lights dating from the 18th century. They are made of wrought iron, the feet end in hearts and spikes (one of the spikes is missing). The twisted iron shaft allowed for the passage of a key that raised the candle; the top of the twist is fitted with a socket. The taller one is 31 cm high, the other measures 26 cm.
