But how did they imagine that the refraction of light would allow such a visual… It is as if a virtual image, like a hologram, could exist at the beginning of the 20th century, during the creation of this range of religious obelisks. The chalice is perfectly distinguishable when facing the prism. The object has a very small notch at a rear edge. The blue cut in diamond point of the base like lapis lazuli blue, gives a beautiful nobility to the object.
