Meissen porcelain group from the Mythology series, titled Venus with the Cupids. (Venus mit Amoretten). The group depicts Venus, the Roman goddess of love and beauty, flanked by two cupids. Design created by Johann Joachim Kaendler around 1765. In good condition. Missing a piece of ribbon and Cupid's bow, see photos. Marked with blue crossed swords and numbered A65.
