Elegant antique wooden picture frame, dating from the 19th century (possibly late 18th). Crafted in solid wood with a rich dark brown patina and a finely carved ribbed moulding along the inner and outer edges. The frame shows authentic age-related wear and traces of its original black finish on the back, adding to its genuine charm.
Traditional mitered joinery with glued corners, stable and solid. Perfect for a small oil painting, drawing or photograph.
