Transitional style chest of drawers from the 19th century around 1890. Very high quality Parisian crosspiece in the style of Jean-Henri Riesener and in this case one of his models. The quality of execution of our model is similar to models attributed to François Linke. Topped with white veined marble. It opens with five drawers on three rows, the last two of which have no crosspiece. Oak frame. Cambered base. Marquetry in rosewood veneer, mahogany, stained sycamore, amaranth.
