Rare set of 12 Baccarat crystal knife rests, cherub model. Pressed molded crystal. This is the model made by the crystal factory after the sculpture of the King of Rome, by Jean-Antoine Houdon. This model is listed in the Baccarat catalogs of the 19th century. The motif of the child's face is doubly present, at each end of the knife rests. It is treated in frosted crystal, the body of the elements being in polished crystal. Good condition. Length: 9.5 cm Height: 4.5 cm. Rare to find a set of 12 in perfect condition!!!
