Desk, Louis XVI style mahogany top.
20th century period. Elegant and refined, small mahogany desk opening on the front with two drawers, the keys are present and functional.
Topped with a wooden top, covered with a fawn-colored leather top, with golden edging, in beautiful condition (light mark see Photo.)
This pretty desk also has two retractable writing tablets, covered with intact fawn brown leather, considerably increasing the work surface.
Tablet size: 30 cm each.
Length of the desk with the tablets open: 160 cm.
Height of the belt: 61 cm.
The contours of the drawers are decorated with gilded brass rods which gives it even more refinement.
It rests on a tapered base with fluting, ending in small gilded bronze shoes.
