Cage chandelier from Maison Baguès, dating from the early 20th century, in the Louis XV style. Silver-plated bronze and silver-plated metal frame, with 8 light arms and 16 lights, dressed in white opaline candle covers. Bunches of grapes, apples, pears, and drops in blown glass in delicate shades of pink, amber, and purple are arranged in a cascade around the structure. The cut crystal plaques alternate between clear and smoked crystal, some adorned with stylized bunches of grapes. The chandelier ends with an elegant crystal ball 8 cm in diameter. Completely rewired. Very good general condition. Current height: 122 cm and 4 additional links provided, allowing a total height of 142 cm.
