Large oval mirror from the Napoleon III period. Rich Louis XVI style decoration with ribbons, entirely gilded with gold leaf. The pediment has a large openwork knot, the fall has scroll motifs. Late 19th century, between 1860 and 1880. Beautiful original antique beveled mirror. Large model with elegant proportions, to hang above a chest of drawers, console or for a fireplace. Superb and spectacular. Our mirror is very original because of its elongated oval shape, which differentiates it from the vast majority of vertical oval mirrors.
