Pair of small porcelain vases depicting phoenixes in flight among flowers and trees laden with pomegranates. The base and spout are decorated with plant friezes.
Kutani, Japan, Meiji period (1868-1912). Signature on the bottom for identification.
Height 20 cm.
Relatively good condition, but they have been repaired at the spout and one of the vases has a crack at the bottom.
