His canvases, with their blended earth and sky tones, convey the quiet strength of nature and the fragility of the human gaze. Long discreet, he first exhibited in mountain refuges before gaining recognition in Paris and Berlin. Now based near Bariloche, he paints every day facing Mount Tronador. For him, "the mountain is not a landscape, but a presence."
