Rectangular travel inkwell with a flat base. In guilloché and gilt silver, fitted with a hinged lid with a locking system. Trompe-l'œil decoration, with strong edges and fillets; the lid decorated with a stylized acanthus frieze. France, circa 1900. Without title mark. Master silversmith: Gustave Keller, Paris. Dimensions: Length: 7 cm — Width: 3.8 cm — Height: 3 cm. Weight: 131 g. Very good condition, traces of use and slight ink marks.
