Large High-backed Chair, 17th Century

High-backed chair, Louis XIV period, second half of the 17th century. The seat rests on 4 legs joined by a spacer. The whole is decorated with a "rosary" pattern. The high back has a molded edge. The whole chair is covered with a "point" fabric with a blue pattern on a floral theme. The whole is in very good condition, however, note some restorations from use and slight soiling of the fabric. Height approximately 1.16 m. Width approximately 50 cm. Depth approximately 46 cm.
