"7 Plates East India Company Imari China 18th Century "
A set of seven plates, six dinner plates and one soup plate, from the East India Company, China, 18th century, Qianlong period, in the Imari palette: underglaze blue, iron red, and gold. Decorated with a "bianco sopra bianco" (white on white) lakeside landscape motif with flowering branches arranged on the rim, completing the decorative composition. The set is in fair condition, with some minor chips and hairlines. Each plate is approximately 22 cm in diameter.
