Sèvres Vase
Exceptional and rare porcelain vase by Paul Millet (1870-1950). It is signed MP, which means that it is from before 1930, therefore purely Art Deco. From 1930 he signed PM under pressure from the Manufacture de Porcelaine de Sèvres so as not to cause confusion. Coming from a family of renowned ceramists, he very quickly became a benchmark in terms of quality and innovations in his field. This vase with its perfect glaze and very rare color for Paul Millet has a purely Art Deco shape and its bronze collar confirms, if necessary, its belonging to this style. This very beautiful piece is in perfect condition.
