"Chinese Cloisonné Enamel Hexagonal Box "welcome Flowers", 18th And Early 19th Century. "
Finely decorated with brilliant enamels, it features a central flower head enclosed in a stylized lotus flower with Lapland petals, surrounded by four lotus flowers carried by leafy vines. The sides are decorated with fruiting peach branches and flowering prunus, all on a turquoise background. The interior and base are enameled in a deep blue, the edges are gilded. Condition: Good condition, with minor signs of wear and manufacturing irregularities, including pitting. Small nicks, light scratches, light knocks, slight enamel loss to the interior.
