Inkwell by Max Leverrier. The decoration is based on scales on the flank, stylized fins in relief and large whiskers. It represents both the stylized dragon and the stylized fish. This inkwell has the top of the siren's tail which serves as a pen holder and the mouth as a container. The inspiration comes from the dolphin of the Louis Philippe period.
