"Medium-sized Bronze Bell, Dated 1619, Decorated With A Large Coat Of Arms."
Medium-sized bronze bell, 40 cm high. Dated 1619 on the top frieze, it has a short band [N IV PP IN] and several small floral motifs, probably inspired by the fleur-de-lis. A large coat of arms is placed in the center of the bell. The top is decorated with a magnificent bronze suspension system, cast in a monolithic style. A unique item to add to a 17th-century collection or for reuse. The bell has a clapper, but this is not original. The iron suspension system inside the bell is original.
