Maison Krieger - Louis XVI Style Sideboard From The Napoleon III Period

Superb Louis XVI / Napoleon III style sideboard or buffet dating from the 19th century. It is composed of 5 drawers, 3 on the front and two rounded on each side. In the lower part, there are 2 doors with a shelf inside and finally 2 niches on either side. This sideboard is richly dressed with chiseled gilded bronzes and a gallant scene in Wedgwood adorns the central door. A magnificent antique Green marble from Greece rests on the top as well as a large mirror. The marble is original and in good condition. High quality French work made by the famous Maison Krieger in Paris.
