Louis XV Style Marquetry Sideboard With Support Height

Louis XV style marquetry sideboard with support height. Napoleon III period manufacture. This sideboard rests on four arched legs ending with its very finely chiseled bronze sabots, curved on the front as well as on the sides. Marquetry of native woods on solid mahogany, a guarantee of quality! The floral and scroll decorations are highlighted with brass fillets, very pretty gilded bronzes very finely chiseled embellish the uprights. The two doors and the drawer are scalloped following the curves of the frame. The whole is topped with Aleppo breccia marble, curved with corbin beak edges. This piece of furniture has its original and functional keys and locks (three-point brass lock for the doors). In perfect condition, no marquetry jumps, the original marble without chips or restoration!
