Solid silver cutlery set by goldsmith: Boin Tabouret for the knife blades and H Frères & Cie for the other cutlery. In an oak wood box, damaged (see photos) with brass handles on each side.
Level 1: 12 serving pieces: 2 salad servers, 4 petit fours, ladle, pie server, sauce spoon, 3 leg of lamb pieces (fork and very large knife + leg of lamb handle)
Level 2: 12 large knives - 12 forks - 12 soup spoons
Level 3: 12 small knives - 12 oyster forks Weight of the weighable pieces: 3.764 kg
The weighable pieces all have the same decoration On the other hand, the non-weighable pieces: 24 knives + 3 pieces for serving the leg of lamb have a very similar decoration, but with a slight difference, see photo n° 11 et 12
