Elegant portrait signed top left Pierre Henri GARNIER-SALBREUX (1880-1932) representing a woman in a red dress in a 1920s style. He was a student of Gabriel Ferrier and Fernand Humbert and distinguished himself from 1900 to 1925 as a portraitist of the "Parisian stars" of the theater and music hall, including Mistinguett.
