Belt length: 95 cm
Dagger with a short, curved iron blade, ending in a point, double-edged and with a central groove. The handle is made of horn inlaid with multiple silver nails forming a decoration organized around two brass pieces. A stamped silver band highlights the guard.
The wooden scabbard is covered with silver ornaments made of wire, discs, and nails.
A symbol of prestige and reflecting the social status of its owner, this weapon, with its particularly elaborate decoration on the handle and sheath, was also worn as a masculine accessory on the belt.
Original belt, trimmed with velvet and embroidered with silver thread.
