Carved and painted wooden harp from the Louis XVI period. The head of the instrument has a fine sculpture of a female face, scrolls and rosettes, and falling garlands of flowers. (not retouched) The table has its original painting, bouquets of flowers on a patinated daffodil background. The base has undergone an old transformation, but the pedals are present. The rest of the instrument is also carved. Parisian work from the end of the 18th century, of quality. Marked at the top of the table on a simulated ribbon: "Remi, rue Tiquetone in Paris." (not playable as is) Very decorative, beautiful sculpture, period painting on a light background.
