French fashion designer, poster artist, engraver, and illustrator, Georges Lepape is particularly representative of the Art Deco era.In 1910, he exhibited at the Salon d'Automne, where he met and became friends with the couturier Paul Poiret.

He contributed to the Gazette du Bon Ton from the very first issues.Superb partially gilded stencil, signed by the illustrious and talented painter Georges Lepape.
