Total length: 81 cm; Blade length: 67 cm
Gilded brass mountings. Cap with bead and riveted dome button.
Short pommel with laurel leaf border.
Handle covered with sheepskin, filigree twisted copper wire.
Arched joint, with central ring.
Secondary branch, oval plate, curved quillon.
Blade with hollow edge engraved ‘Garde Nationale’ on each side.
Leather scabbard with two brass fittings, palmette button, one ring.
