Albert Charles Tissandier is a French artist who was an architect, draftsman, illustrator but also an aeronautical engineer, balloonist, archaeologist... He received public commissions notably for the fountain of the water tower of Bourges... This drawing is preserved in a later silver molded wooden frame.
