Henri Autran (1926-2007) known as "the painter-gardener", who died more than 10 years ago, was, in Marseille and far beyond, considered an important artist by many collectors and critics, such as Camille Rouvier, Jean Tourette and the poet Axel Toursky, who even called him a "great man" of Art Brut.
