"Charles René Neveu, Cérenne Workshop In Vallauris, Shaped Piece"
Vallauris ceramic pocket or centerpiece, Charles René Neuveu ceramics known as Atelier Cérenne, decorated with a female nude on a black background, mid-1950s. Signed under the base Cérenne + Vallauris as well as "Pierre", most likely for Pierre Rinaudo who was a decorator at Cérenne from 1955 to 1959. The piece is in very good condition, it has two very small chips under its base (see photo) which are not visible when the piece is placed.
