"English Or Normandy Coast. Oil On Paper "
This oil on paper, with its rapid treatment, is most likely painted on site. One can see Anglo-Norman style houses. Everything seems as much written as painted, so sure is the artist's mastery of his art. On the back, there is a note given to Richard Parkes Bonington, then another: "English Coast".
