Hallmarked silver ferrule.
Antler tang.

Wooden scabbard covered in black leather.
Hallmarked silver chape marked ‘MADE IN SCOTLAND’ and silver ferrule.
In Scottish Gaelic, the term ‘sgian dubh’ means ‘small knife’. It is one of the attributes of the officers of the Gordon Highlanders.
