Lacquer panel with geometric decoration by Michel FroidevauxMichel Froidevaux was born in 1942. The artist began his career in 1959 as an apprentice in a lacquer workshop in Paris. He mainly practiced copying and restoring old lacquers for 12 years in various workshops. Then in 1970 he set up his own business to devote himself exclusively to contemporary lacquer.
