Katar INDIA, period XVIII° - XIX° with 3 blades including 2 mobile. 2 blades opening in compass with handle in "U" shape. It is a weapon almost exclusively of thrusting. Decor engraved on practically the whole of the weapon. Unique handle of its kind, 2 transverse metal bars as guard exceeding the profit of the blade and two parallel bars of which 1 allows by pressure of the hand the opening of the main blade in 2 blades unmasking a 3rd fixed blade hidden by the 2 other blades. Remains of damask decoration.
