Important clock in marble and mercury gilt bronze. The dial signed by West & Son in Paris. Architecturally shaped, inspired by an ancient temple with a large pediment, the facade features 6 Corinthian columns in gilt bronze, the stepped base finished with a gilt bronze ring. The pediment decorated with a bas-relief showing the god Zeus, horses, chariot and figures in the antique style. Period late 19th century. Superb condition, the movement has been revised and is working. Complete with gong, key and pendulum. Weight approximately 30 kg.
